Short Circuit Protection Resistor (SCP series) features a power rating from 0.5W to 3W and a resistance range from 2.2 ohm to 10K ohm. It possesses an advanced multi-functional design such as cut-off on overload or accidental short circuit, and withstands transient voltage for power-line coupling. Additionally, it has a flameproof multi-layer coating equivalent to UL 94 V-0 and has undergone an overload test per UL 1412. It is a possible alternative to wirewound resistors.
